Michael "Mike" K. Davis

Michael "Mike" K. Davis, 78, of Anderson, Indiana, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2026, at his home. Born on January 22, 1948, in Anderson, Mike was the beloved son of the late William Biles and Helen Leona (Kay) Davis. He dedicated much of his life to his work as a Tool and Die Maker at General Motors, where he was known for his skill and dedication.

Mike was a proud member of several local organizations, including the Sons of American Legion Post 253, Elks Lodge Post 209, Eagles Post 174, Moose Lodge Post 150, UAW Local Post 663, The Anderson Corvette Association, and the National Counsel of Corvette Club. Outside of work, he loved being outdoors, whether it was fishing or just enjoying the scenery of nature.

Mike is survived by his cherished children, Michael "Tony" (Amber) Davis, Dawn E. (Brian) Davis, and Christine Ann (Tony) Corona. He was also a proud grandfather to Dakota Jackman, Austin Jackman, Alia Davis and Alissa Davis, who brought him immense joy. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved aunt, Roseline Kay, and his special companion of over 30 years, Delia Maxine McCord.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 11 AM to 1 PM at Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, IN, 46013.

A funeral service celebrating Mike's life will take place on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at the funeral home starting at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery in Anderson.
